Versatrac 636-2  
The battery powered Bucyrus Vers-A-Tracฎ series of longwall shield movers has been the market in capability for many years. The Bucyrus Versatracฎ shield mover makes longwall face moves simpler and less costly. The Versatracฎ is a specially engineered ultra-heavy-duty machine capable of lifting and carrying up to 36 short tons.

Versatrac 650  
The VT650 represents a total departure from the proven Vers-A-Tracฎ in all design aspects except features. All changes have culminated in a machine that is able to lift 140% more and still maintain the basic frame height and width dimensions of its predecessors.

MH-40
The compact Bucyrus MH-40 diesel loader was developed to suit cramped mine conditions. The MH-40 carries a massive 40 metric tonnes on standard forks. The design focuses on haulage of longwall shields and heavier ancillary components of the longwall.

FBL 55

CHT 50 Trailer  
The CHT 50 Shield Trailer has been designed to carry shields up to 50,000kg, safely and securely. The loading system has an infloor winching system with a pull of 40,000kg for loading and 12,000kg push cylinder for assisting with unloading. The trailer is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders acting on the wheel side plates. The trailer is lowered for loading and unloading, and raised for transport. The CHT 50 Shield Trailer is designed to be towed by the FBL 10 & FBL 15 units. Available with one-piece knuckle-style RAS attachment or 5th-wheel arrangement.

Rapid Attachment System (RAS)
RAS is based on the safe loading and stability requirements. Each attachment is tested and performance rated. The RAS is designed to provide the strength required for multifunctional usage of the Tractor / Utility / LHDs. This allows changing from bucket to forks to jib crane to CHT 50 trailer without removing the backing plate. One machine can take on many roles and one man can change the attachments.
